This is a late-game value region. Heart pieces and Star Core Fragments matter more than leftover Coins.
Recommended Route Order
Sweep interiors for Heart pieces first, then the outer ledges for Star Core Fragments. Coins can wait until you are routing back to the Traveler.

Inner Workshops
Clock Heart Pieces sit in locked clock-face rooms. Align the hands, then enter. Do not leave a piece behind a still-moving face.
Outer Ledges
Star Core Fragments are on isolated pillars. Grapple, air dash, glide. Falling drops you to a lower scaffold, not the region entrance.
Coin Loop
A short roof loop near the rest plaza. Optional until Shopaholic.
Linked Upgrades
